Refund policy

Customers must notify us of any issues or dissatisfaction with their purchase within 1 day of receiving their order.

A 10% charge would be deductible from the refund amount

To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once we have received your notification, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item(s).

All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the return label.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned item is not in its original condition or if it is outside the 7 day return window.

We will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.

Please note that any shipping cost will not be refunded.

If you believe your item is faulty please send clear photo(s) of fault to breadclothing@hotmail.com with brief description and your order number.  We will then provide you with an RA number to return the item. 

All returns should be sent with a tracking number. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of Bread Boutique. Please bear in mind that we are located in Darwin and regular mail takes minimum 5 business days to reach us, otherwise express post is min 2 days.

Please ensure you include the returns form with your return.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery of purchases within Australia will be sent in an express satchel for a cost of $20. You will receive your purchase within 2-4 working days after your order has been placed.

RETURNS

 

We hope you love your purchase from Bread Boutique. All the products we send are n mint condition and hope you respect a small business does not have many of each garment ,subject to the conditions below.

We cannot offer a return or exchange if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

Return postage costs are at your expense unless your items are faulty or incorrect.

What defines faulty ?

Manufacturing faults;
Goods that have been wrongly described;
Goods that are different to the ones ordered;
Goods that do not do what they're supposed to do;
Goods that have defects that were not obvious or that we did not bring to your attention.
